It's easier to find added sugars
The Food & Drug Administration has updated nutrition labels to show the amount of added sugars in a food. Natural sugars are found in whole foods (for example, sugar that naturally occurs in milk and fruit) while food manufacturers put in added sugar such As corn syrup when a product is made. It's recommended that no more than 10% of total daily calories come from added sugar.
