9 Benefits to Help Keep You Healthy in 2025 & Keep Money in Your Pocket
You deserve a health plan that works for you. A plan that helps you stay healthy, active, and independent. That includes zero-cost coverage across pharmacy, dental, vision, and hearing. That has an expansive network, including 12,000 providers and 100% of Rhode Island hospitals. You’ll find all of that—and much more!—in your 2025 Medicare Advantage plan. And to help you make the most of your benefits, you have a local team that is right by you.
Here are some highlights of your 2025 benefits:
1. Even better! $0 copays for PCP visits and care to help you stay healthy
Your relationship with your primary care provider (PCP) is at the center of your healthcare experience—cost shouldn’t be a barrier in establishing a strong one. You’ll have no copays for PCP appointments, your annual physical exam and well visit, preventive cancer screenings, and many vaccinations. Plus, $0 labs and X-rays!
2. $0 services to help you eat healthier and manage conditions
Need help making a plan for healthier eating? You can make a no-cost appointment with a participating registered dietitian or visit with one at Your Blue Store to discuss your nutritional needs and goals. And if you have diabetes, you’ll pay nothing for blood glucose meters and test strips when you use preferred partner OneTouch®. You’ll get even more $0 support for diabetes and/or hypertension management when you enroll in Teladoc Health®.
3. $0 high-quality dental coverage to protect your health
With 90% of Rhode Island dentists in our network, your teeth and gums can get the care they need when they need it. Preventive and comprehensive services are $0 for covered benefits, including annual cleanings, root canals, and periodontal service.
4. Even better! Affordable and convenient vision coverage
Your annual $0 exam can help you avoid vision impairment—or get the diagnosis you need to treat it. Need glasses and contacts? We’ve partnered with EyeMed1 to offer you a convenient and affordable shopping option at local independent providers, national retailers, and online. Get $200 or more for eyewear, and enjoy additional savings when you buy from an EyeMed provider. Prefer to shop at an out-of-network licensed vision provider? There’s an easy reimbursement process.
5. Hearing aids starting at $0
Taking care of your hearing can help you stay safe by avoiding dizziness and falls. It can also help you more closely follow conversations. All of our plans include a $0 annual exam (in person or online), plus a broad range of hearing aid options, starting at $0, from top brands.2
6. Even better! A Flexible Benefit Card that makes it easy to pay for products and services
With this card, you get $75 or more per quarter (depending on plan) to spend on 700+ over-the-counter everyday health items3, plus $200 or more per year (depending on plan) to help pay for dental and hearing services. Our Flexible Benefit Card makes it easy to pay for the products and services you need the most. Use it like a credit card, no need for a PIN.
7. $0 Pharmacy deductible and generic drugs
With a $0 pharmacy deductible, you can immediately take advantage of low or $0 copays for Tier 1 and Tier 2 drugs in your plan’s formulary—including many generics.
